PILATES
CLAY offers a fully equipped Pilates Studio featuring: Reformers, Towers, Chair and Cadillac equipment. All CLAY Pilates Instructors are certified after completing 350 hours of rigorous trainings, apprenticeships and examinations through CLAY approved schools. CLAY's elite trainers offer Private, Duet, Trio and Group Classes (Reformer, Tower. TRX Pilates and 101). Our independent Pilates studio within a full service health club is open to non-members who also benefit by having access to our organic cafe, high end locker rooms and spa services. STRETCH
CLAY recognizes muscle recovery as a key component in your fitness program. CLAY Stretch sessions will decrease soreness and allow you to reach your goals with less recovery time.
