NUTRITION PROGRAMS
Proper nutrition is a key component in leading a healthy lifestyle. It is important that every individual be recognized as having different health and fitness needs. Our nutritionist works with members to develop customized programs to reach individual goals. To accelerate health goals members may partake in a customized meal program designed by our nutritionist and CLAY cafe.

Christy Maskeroni MS, RD Christy holds a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Applied Physiology from Columbia University Teachers College and is a Registered Dietitian. She is an active member of the American Dietetics Association (ADA), Greater New York State Dietetics Association (GNYSDA), Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutritionists (SCAN), and Nutrition in Complimentary Care (NCC). Additionally, she is a certified Personal Trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
