Integrate Yourself with CLAY Pilates.


CLAY offers a fully equipped Pilates Studio, featuring Reformers, Towers, and Cadillac, as well as a comfortable studio for performing Pilates Mat exercises.

CLAY offers private, semi private and group classes on the machines and floor exercises. If you are new to CLAY Pilates, we recommend starting with a private lesson with one of our highly trained professionals.

All CLAY Pilates Instructors are certified to teach Pilates by completing rigourous training, apprenticeship, and examinations through CLAY approved schools. All instructors must have completed a minimum of 350 hours of training prior to becoming a CLAY Pilates Instructor.

With CLAY Pilates, you can:

· Develop your Core for Flatter Waistline and a Strong Back. Your core muscles consist of the deep abdominal muscles and the back muscles that are closest to the spine.
