Leveraging their extensive training and intuition, our therapists customize a Swedish massage to address your specific needs and concerns. The long, kneading strokes of Swedish massage are combined with other massage techniques as necessary. This European massage of light to medium depth ensures deep relaxation while improving circulation, muscle tone and flexibility. 60 or 90 minutes.
BODY BALANCING MASSAGE
A highly recommended massage, our Body Balancing Massage incorporates the therapeutic kneading strokes of Swedish massage with the beneficial stretching and acupressure techniques of Shiatsu. This treatment relaxes and rebalances your mind and body. 50 or 80 minutes.
AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
A fusion of Eastern and Western treatments, Aromatherapy Massage enhances the positive effects of a custom Swedish massage with the healing powers of essential plant oils. Customize your treatment by selecting one of five special aromatherapy blends: Relax, De-Stress, Revive, Rescue or Renew. 60 or 90 minutes.
PRENATAL MASSAGE
Massage is of enormous benefit during pregnancy by soothing nerves and alleviating backaches, tension in the shoulders and aching legs and feet. Our specially trained therapists use various techniques and positions specifically designed for prenatal women. Check with your doctor first. Not recommended during first trimester. 60 or 90 minutes.
CONDITIONING:
ENERGIZING MASSAGE
This brief but effective massage is designed to bring balanced energy to the specific zone that you need addressed. Whether it be warming up the legs for a private training session with massage and stretching or a back-neck-shoulder massage to unwind and re-energize on a Friday night, the Energizing Massage will revive you. 30 minutes.
DEEP TISSUE
Using Swedish Massage techniques of strong pressure and depth to target the deeper muscles of the body and their attachements to the bone, Deep Tissue Massage promotes the release of tension in the inner muscles and provides a sense of deep relaxation. 60 or 90 minutes.
SPORTS MASSAGE
Catered to athletes in oder to keep their muscles and tissues in prime condition, SPORTS MASSAGE prepares the body for maximum performance before exertion and relieves the undesirable effects of training after a workout. This massage uses specialized techniques and cooling and heating lotions, including Arnica Montana, an herb used for centuries to treat swelling, soreness and bruising. 60 or 90 minutes.
THAI MASSAGE
This ancient Eastern body therapy incorporates techniques which combine pressure point, rocking, joint movement and stretching applications that resemble yoga asanas along the body's energy lines. Thai massage increases flexibility, relieves joint and muscular tension, rebalances the body's physiological and energy systems and treats chronic pain. 90 minutes.
HEALING:
GLOBAL JOURNEY
Journey to one of our exotic destinations to experience a native treatment from that region. Each treatment includes aromatherapy along with local massage modalities and body treatments. Choose from one of our four blends: Mediterranean, Arabian, Oriental or Indian aromasols.
BODY STRATEGIST
An intense wrap customized to each body type with a hot and cold effect giving an instant stimulation, increasing metabolism and circulation. Specialty massage techniques assist in oxygenating and reshaping the tissues. Excellent for battling cellulite.
HEALING STONE MASSAGE
A fusion of massage, thermotherapy, energy work and aromatic essences, this ultra-pampering treatment offers therapeutic benefit on physical, emotional and spiritual levels. Healing with thermotherapy promotes lymph drainage, increases circulation, mobilizes connective tissues and reduces muscle tension. 75 minutes.
REFLEXOLOGY
Based on the theory that there are reflex areas in the feet that relate to every part of the body. Reflexology has a positive impact on your organs and glands. Reflexology also relieves tension in the neck and lower back. 60 and 90 minutes.
REIKI
In this gentle, healing body therapy, which means "universal life energy" in Japanese, a therapist places her hands above your Chakra points. This results in the creation of an energy flow that enduces relaxation and rebalances energy while simultaneously reducing stress and fatigue. 30 and 60 minutes.
SHIATSU
Based on the Chinese theory of medicine involving applied pressure along the energy meridians and acupuncture points of the body, Shiatsu balances the body's energy and health. Shiatsu also utilizes a number of stretches to promote the movement of the body's energy or life force along the energy meridians of the body. 60 or 90 minutes.
MEDICAL MASSAGE
Using basic Swedish Massage techniques, Medical Massage is geared for the treatment of specific medical conditions or ailments such as neck, shoulder and back pain. 60 or 90 minutes.

The spa is open to non-members as well as members, although members enjoy preferred rates on all services. Spa amenities include access to the sauna, lounge, locker rooms and café. Guests of the spa who wish to utilize the CLAY fitness facilities may do so for an additional $20 reduced guest fee.
The CLAY Spa is open Monday through Thursday, from 8:00a - 9:30p; Friday from 8:00a - 8:00p; Saturday and Sunday, from 9:30a - 8:00p.

As an Eastern therapy practiced for over five thousand years, Acupuncture influences the physiological functioning of the body through the insertion of fine needles at key points along the body's surface.
