CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES:

MASTER TRAINER

Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Currently nationally recognized Personal Trainer certification from one of the following organizations:
American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)
National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)
National Sports and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
And or:
Degree in the field - Exercise Physiology/Kinesiology
(Internships available for last year students in Exercise Physiology/Kinesiology)
- As a fitness professional, you must be fit
- Experience with personnel management
- Ability to lead
- Writing Skills
- Willingness and ability to create special exercise programming
- Current CPR certification
- Looking for full time trainers (minimum of 20 hours a week required)

FLOOR TRAINER
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possess experience within the health club industry, hold fitness certifications or be working toward a degree in the health/fitness field
- Demonstrate an approachable, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor at all times
Responsibilities include:
- Circulating the gym floor and helping members with equipment use, spotting, and proper form
- Enforcing Club policy and procedures
- Promoting all Club services and programs
- Establishing solid member relationships

ORGANIC CAFE / JUICE BAR SERVER
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possess strong communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to interact wisely and responsibly with executive level clientele.
- Have a solid commitment to ensuring high standards of personalized customer service and satisfaction
- Be a dynamic, friendly and outgoing team-player
- Have a willingness to learn about the nutritional value of foods served
- Have prior food service experience, knowledge and merchandising expertise
Responsibilities include:
- Developing a knowledge of organic products
- Preparing and serving smoothies, snacks and meals

FRONT DESK/CUSTOMER SERVICE
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possess strong communication and administrative skills as well as the ability to interact with executive level clientele
- Have a solid commitment to ensuring high standards of personalized customer service and satisfaction
- Be a dynamic, friendly and outgoing team-player
Responsibilities include:
- Answering the phone and screening questions in a comfortable, professional and courteous manner
- Being attentive to detail and able to multi-task
- Being reliable and flexible with scheduling needs
- Developing product knowledge of CLAY programs and systems
